¡¡¡¡Countless sails go through the Temple of Dragon King, the horse turns around under the Yellow Crane Tower! In the first year of boosting the establishment of ¡°Two Type Societies¡± in Wuhan, Wuhan horse industry seized the opportunity in trying to reach a higher new goal. During Nov. 26th to 30th, ¡°Dongxihu Cup the 6th China Wuhan International Equestrian Festival¡± of ¡°2008 National Flat Racing Tournament¡± was held in the newly expanded Orient Lucky City. Within 5 days, 20 representative groups coming from all parts of the state, 10 top international jockeys took part in the challenge of 19 competitions in 4 tournaments with total prize money of RMB 4,400,000. The scale, number of races and people, horses and the sum of prize money all reached an historic high, and attracted the attention of global media. This Equestrian Festival with the theme of ¡°The horse influences the Yangtze River, rebuild Horse Racing Capital¡±, which is undertaken by Wuhan Municipal People¡¯s Government, Wuhan Sport Bureau,  Dongxihu District People¡¯s Government, Orient Lucky Horse Co. Ltd, and assisted by Wuhan Broadcast and Television Bureau, Culture Bureau and Tourism Bureau. The host Orient Lucky Horse Co. Ltd selected 206 excellent horses to compete with 123 horses from other parts of China in 1620m race. Roaring yellow sand, hooves beating, surged forward and left violently, this presented an annual program with passion, masculine, dynamics and perfectibility to Wuhan citizens.
